Serge Ruzer obtained his PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1996), where since then he has taught at the Department of Comparative Religion and the Rothberg International School, and was a Senior Research Fellow at the Center for the Study of Christianity. He has published extensively on two main research foci: the nascent Christianity in its Jewish contexts and the early Syriac Christianity in its interaction with rabbinic Judaism and Greek Christian tradition.

Amnon holds a rare combination of a PhD in computer science, MPS in interactive communication and MA in cognitive psychology. He is also an expert on man-computer interaction, integrated computing, visual design and product management. All these fields are centered around innovation and entrepreneurship of next generation products and services.
Amnon was head of the Programming and Electrical Engineering School at Shenkar College of Engineering, Design and Art. Currently, Amnon focuses on inspiring and training the next generation of entrepreneurs.

ד”ר מיכאל ביגל הוא במאי, עורך ומפיק סרטים דוקומנטריים וחינוכיים. עד היום ביים וערך מעל 800 סרטים וסרטונים. עד סוף שנת 2020 היה במשך 28 שנה מנהל של היחידה למולטימדיה בהוראה של הפקולטה לרפואה של האוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים. ד”ר ביגל הוא בעל דוקטור בביוכימיה של האוניברסיטה העברית ובוגר בקולנוע של בית הספר לאמנות קמרה אובסקורה.

Dr. Michal Ramot is an advisor on academic instruction and a scholar in the Instruction and Learning Unit (YAHEL) at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Additionally, she is a lecturer on science and the teaching of science at several teachers’ colleges. Prior to her current position, she was engaged in academic research: research at the National Virology Laboratory, at the Laboratory for Cancer Research and at the Laboratory for Marine Ecology at Bar-Ilan University. In addition to three degrees in the field of biology and a postdoctoral study, she completed her certification studies in the instruction and guidance of teachers at MOFET Institute.

A senior lecturer at the School of Computer Sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Roy’s study focuses on improving deep learning models for language comprehension and making them more effective. In order to do so, his study is based on improving the mathematical and linguistic comprehension of these models. Before joining the Hebrew University, Roy was a postdoctoral student (2016-2019) and then research fellow (2019-2020) at AllenNLP Group at the Allen Institute for AI and at the School of Computer Sciences at the University of Washington in Seattle. Roy completed his doctoral studies in computer sciences at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2016.

Currently, Talya is studying for a master’s degree in business management with specialization in strategy and entrepreneurship, and works at the Hebrew University’s Innovation Center, ASPER-HUJI Innovate, as coordinator of the university’s acceleration program. Furthermore, Talya is the Israeli youth envoy to the United Nations.

Michael Brandeis is an associate professor in the Department of Genetics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. For the last 25 years, he has been studying the controls of the cell’s cycle and published dozens of articles on this topic. He served as guest lecturer at the Institute of Cancer Research in London, and at Stanford University. Recently, Prof. Brandeis has been interested in evolutionary questions related to sexual reproduction. Prof. Brandeis teaches a variety of biology courses to students of all degrees and faculties, and heads the Department of Biology at the Faculty of Natural Science. Prof. Brandeis goes on many tours in Africa and in other areas around the world. He uses his familiarity with the world of flora and fauna and his photography and trekking skills to produce innovative teaching materials. These materials are designed to introduce keys subjects in evolution and natural preservation to his students and to the general public in an accessible manner.

Professor and a trustee of the Gross Chair at the Law School at New York University, and a member of the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities.
In 1999 he was awarded with the Michael Bruno Award by Yad Hanadiv (The Rothschild Foundation). His book “Between Torah and Wisdom: Rabbi Menachem Hameiri and the Maimonidean Halakhists in Provence” won the Goren-Goldstein Award in 2001 in the category of best treatise on Jewish philosophy in the years 1997-2000. In 2008 Halbertal received an honorary doctorate from the Jewish Theological Seminary in New York.

Sharon specializes in innovation and entrepreneurship in the fields of high-tech, venture capital investments, strategic thinking, risk management and the promotion of social changes in non-profit establishments. She is an expert in financing and strategy, from the level of the individual activity to the company level in a variety of organizations – private, civil society or public (including Fortune 500 companies).
Sharon holds an MBA degree in financing and strategy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (which she completed with honors). She is currently working on her doctoral dissertation on assessing the potential of founder teams in start-up companies at the beginning of their road.
