סביבת העבודה שלנו כוללת מערכות מורכבות רבות. כשהטכנולוגיה הופכת לשחקן מרכזי בחיי היומיום, היא מאפשרת לנו לעשות יותר, אבל היא גם עשויה לסבך עשויה לסבך את התפעול של המכשירים שנועדו לעזור לנו. בקורס זה נכיר כלים ושיטות עבודה שיעזרו לנו לתכנן מערכות מורכבות ולהפעילן בצורה טובה יותר. לאחר שנכיר את שני תחומי ההנדסה – הנדסת גורמי אנוש והנדסת מערכות – נלמד כיצד השילוב של עקרונות משני התחומים בתכנון ממשקי אדם ומערכות טכנולוגיות מורכבות יכול לשפר את הביצועים של המערכת המתוכננת. בקורס נלמד להכיר את מגבלות היכולת הקוגניטיבית של האדם, שימושיות, כיצד מתכננים ממשקים שונים ומהם הגורמים לטעויות שימוש. נלמד גם מהו תפקידו של מהנדס המערכת וכיצד מכינים מסמך דרישות מערכת. הקורס ישלב חומר תיאורטי יחד עם דוגמאות של תהליכי תיכנון ועיצוב כפי שהם מיושמים במערכות טכנולוגיות שונות.
Professor Yuval Bitan is a faculty member in the Department of Health Policy and Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and he heads the University Research Center for Simulations in Medicine – SimReC.
Yuval is an Industrial and Management Engineer specializing in Human Factors and Systems Analysis. His focus is on the interface between medical professionals and their work environment. He holds a bachelor’s, master’s, and Ph.D. from the Department of Industrial and Management Engineering at Ben-Gurion University. Prior to joining the university faculty, Yuval was a research fellow at the University of Chicago and the University of Toronto, and he worked in product and service development in the industry.
Yuval’s research focuses on decision-making under uncertainty, the design of alert systems, and the design of work environments for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and paramedics. He lectures in courses on decision-making and the application of human factors in medical work environments, and he conducts workshops on patient safety
Dr. Nirit Gavish is a researcher and lecturer in the fields of Human Factors Engineering and User Experience. Nirit is a faculty member at the Braude Academic College of Engineering in Karmiel and a teaching fellow at the Technion.
Yakir Yaniv, Chairman of the Israeli Ergonomics and Human Factors Engineering Association and CEO of ED&U. He has been involved in integrating human factors into complex systems since 2006.
Yakir has extensive experience in various industries, including defense, medical product development, and industrial machinery development. He participated in establishing the User Experience track in the B.A. program for Behavioral Sciences at the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and was a member of the teaching faculty. He is a partner in various working groups in the field, and he serves as an instructor and lecturer in different settings. Yakir holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from the Technion.
