HIT-Holon Institute of Technology is an institution of higher education that focuses on teaching science, engineering, design and technology, and conducting theoretical research.

Holds a PhD from the Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at Weizmann Institute of Science, where she developed a natural language interface for the programming language called “live sequence charts”, along with Prof. David Harel. A graduate of MIT’s media laboratory, where she worked with a group of social robots.

Dr. Hagit Meishar-Tal is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Learning Technologies, HIT, Holon Institute of Technology. In the past she was the head of the bachelor’s degree program. Has been instructing teachers on the integration of educational technologies since 1995. Has been teaching students in both the bachelor’s degree and master’s degree programs in learning technologies since 2004. Published many studies on online instruction/learning.

Head of the Center for Negotiation and Business Innovation at HIT, Holon Institute of Technology.
For over two decades has been a senior lecturer both in academia and in the industry on such topics as negotiations, strategies and business communication, non-verbal communication (body language) in negotiations, business law and intellectual property.
Has an extensive experience in managing business negotiations in Israel and abroad. A consultant and mentor for directors and groups going through negotiation processes and resolution of business conflicts.
An attorney and negotiator, with advanced degrees in both law and negotiations management.
Develops online systems for diagnosis of conduct during negotiations and for practicing negotiation skills. Developer of the 361 method in negotiations.
