Engineer Your Entrepreneurship – Practical Aspects in Developing Entrepreneurship

The course exposes the students to the process of venture initiation through five main sections.

From problem to the concept: Creating and evaluating ideas and concepts, using the Inventive Thinking method, and understanding what Disruptive Innovation is.

From concept to the product: Develop your project into a visual model as a Proof of concept model.

Growing your venture: From idea to a legal entity- administrative and legal aspects of a new venture, understanding what risk management and  project management are and how to assess and plan them properly.

Getting an inside perspective: See the investors’ perspective, the accelerator’s point of view, and how entrepreneurs think.

Summary- replace How the future will be? to: What does the future hold for us?

Throughout the course, students are creators. Based on the acquired tools and methods, you will form your idea into a solution and offer and understand the role of the investors.
