Experienced in initiating and managing programs for the promotion of socially excluded populations through acquirement of digital skills in the fields of education, employment, informed consumerism, and life-long learning. Is also socially active in such areas as environmental protection, prudent financial management and the promotion of platforms for participatory art.

Dikla works to reduce the digital gap and create social mobility among diverse populations from Israel’s social and geographical periphery. This is done through the characterization and development of technical-social training programs, which are operated to benefit tens of thousands of beneficiaries per year. Combining creativity, innovation, and logical thinking, Dikla has developed dozens of training programs consisting of various training and learning solutions. Dikla is an Arts graduate (BFA) and develops training in her capacitation, and has extensive experience in managing development, capacitation, guidance, and training processes.

Yoav has extensive experience in building financial models designed to facilitate corporate decision-making processes for some of the biggest companies in the world. Using his acquired knowledge in the business world, Yoav guides hundreds of students and businesses on Excel and its uses in the job world. Holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from Tel Aviv University and a master’s degree in business management from Rochester University in New York.

Has an extensive business and marketing know-how, more than a decade’s worth of experience in marketing writing for a long line of retailers and a variety of brands, love for writing and marketing and familiarity with all the ins and outs of the world of media. Lev and Yoav manage the Facebook community “Excel – Tips, Advices and Guides”, which is the largest Excel community in Israel, with about 25 thousand members.
