A non-tenured lecturer in the Department of Communication Disorders at Tel Aviv University, in the field of old age and speech and language disorders that are acquired in later life.
Has an extensive clinical experience in evaluating and treating adults who suffer from problems related to speech and language, communication, eating and swallowing.

Dr. Dror Oren (PhD) is a clinical and educational psychologist, a certified guide in both disciplines and co-leader of the EMPATHY Forum. A lecturer both in Israel and abroad, a teacher and guide in programs for psychotherapy with a psychoanalytical orientation at the Faculty of Social Welfare & Health Sciences at Haifa University, the continuing education program at the School of Social Work at Tel Aviv University, and in the program for educational psychology at Tel-Hai College. Specializes in therapeutic work with parents and is the developer of the model for dynamic therapy for parents. Author of “Parenting on Second Thought” and “Single Parenting – Raising a Child Alone”, and co-developer of the therapeutic game “Talking about Divorce”. Has a therapy and guidance clinic in Karmiel.
