RAMA is an independent authority within the government, which reports directly to the Minister of Education, in the status of a reinforced trust unit in the Ministry of Education. Since its establishment in 2005, the Authority has been collecting, analyzing and distributing diverse, valid and professional data, intended to support decision-making processes and large-scale change processes.

RAMA is the leading body and the professional guide of the education system in the fields of measurement and evaluation. The authority acts as a professional, objective and independent entity, serving all stakeholders in the education system and beyond, including administrators, teachers, parents and students – who seek to build a better future for the State of Israel.
