Mission

“Gordon Academy” will enable all who come through its gates to get the most out of their learning and educational experiences. She will encourage them to be leaders and pioneers and have a broad vision that shapes the educational act and their worldview in the spirit of the college’s values.
“Gordon Academic” will serve the educational community and society through education, knowledge creation, its application and dissemination.
“Gordon Academic” will focus on relevant, rigorous and valuable research to promote the education system and the education and enrichment of the educators, leaders and students.
The “Gordon Academy” will serve as a home for growth and professional development “lifelong learning” to encourage involvement and contribution to the community – for all its graduates, employees and educators in its environment from a diverse ethnic, cultural and social background.
The “Gordon Academy” will train teachers who are ready to parent and lead in a multicultural environment and in a dynamic reality, while conducting research that contributes to the changing educational field.

ד”ר ברנסקי בעלת Ph.D בפסיכולוגיה חינוכית התפתחותית מאריזונה, ארה”ב (Arizona State University), היא סגנית נשיא האקדמית גורדון לחינוך, דיקנית היחידה ללימודי המשך ומעורבות חברתית בקהילה ומנהלת את “נקודת מפגש” – המרכז האזורי להורות, ייעוץ וטיפול אישי, זוגי ומשפחתי.
נטע מרצה ותיקה בנושאי פסיכולוגיה, מעגל חיי המשפחה, סוגיות בילדות המוקדמת, תהליכי התפתחות והתבגרות, תהליכים קבוצתיים, התמודדות במצבי לחץ , מנחה קבוצות הורים וסדנאות לתקשורת בינאישית בלימודי תואר ראשון, תואר שני ולימודי המשך.
ומעל לכול, נטע מאמינה באהבת האדם והחי, בשיתופיות, בפתיחות ובדיאלוג מקדם תקשורת בגובה העיניים.
