The National Digital Affairs Directorate is a transverse headquarters agency whose task is to push the Israeli government forward to become a digital government, advanced and leading in its field, by harnessing digital technologies and the start-up nation's technological innovation for the development of digital services that are innovative, reliable and user-friendly for both citizens and businesses. The Headquarters for the National Digital Israel Initiative at the National Digital Affairs Directorate is a government project that seeks to harness and leverage the opportunity inherent in the digital revolution in favor of accelerated financial growth, closing gaps, and making the governing apparatus smarter, faster and friendlier.

Dikla Hen-Saar
Dikla works to reduce the digital gap and create social mobility among diverse populations from Israel's social and geographical periphery. This is done through the characterization and development of technical-social training programs, which are operated to benefit tens of thousands of beneficiaries per year. Combining creativity, innovation, and logical thinking, Dikla has developed dozens of training programs consisting of various training and learning solutions. Dikla is an Arts graduate (BFA) and develops training in her capacitation, and has extensive experience in managing development, capacitation, guidance, and training processes.
